Font Customization

Up to now I have been able to customize the font for designs to suite your needs/wants for the appearance. I am learning how to create whole font packages so that I will be able to provide the same style to others on a simpler basis. I will charge to create a whole font pack (meaning the whole alphabet and 20 symbols) which you will get a copy of and you will be consulted on the naming of the font.

I will retain all ownership rights to the created font, and you will have rights to do as you wish with the font. You will be able to charge anyone to use the font, me being excluded from paying a fee. my primary rights that will be retained will be to use the font and to charge a fee for the usage of the font without having to pay you, the one who had the font created, a fee for using or a percentage from what I charge for using the font.

To create a custom font it will be a small fee of $25.00 (USD) and it includes the addition of up to 15 characters after it is created. So if you have me create a font for you but did not have a custom star character, or you didnt have a colon, but now you would want one to match the font, and have it in the font pack for your computer, I will design one to match and add it to the file.

I do not yet know what format the font pack will be in, but I am working on doing it in a .ttf or .otc format, unless I find a more universal format. All you will have to do is save the font to your computers font folder that contains all the fonts and it will then be in your system to use as you please.

I will put a disclaimer, that any fonts I design and you save to your computer, if used in anyway that will be viewed on anothers computer and it is based off of that font file, It will not be viewable on they're computer without the font file. You will have to produce it in a way that they will not need the font file to be viewable on other computers

My First Storyboard

I have never drawn a storyboard before I started this storyboarding class. I have never drawn a storyboard before, so this is my first one. I know its terrible. I modeled it after "Rage Comix" which are based off of meme's and are supposed to be funny. Again, this one is terrible. But here it is-

Labeling And Branding

Our final in Digital Type and Visual Identity was to taste an unknown beverage and create a bottle label, product name, and slogan, print out the label and put it on a bottle to be turned in.

My beverage tasted like a cherry soda, and it was red. so I came up with this as the final logo.

I printed this out and attached it to a bottle which ended like this.

This beverage is designed as an alcoholic drink, and would be found with the alcoholic drinks in a regualar grocer. However, I meant it to be sold in 6-packs and not individually, and so I added the following label to the back of the bottle, though I did not take a picture of it on the bottle.

Soap Box Design

I had to design a soap box for a Pumice hand soap, this is a basic design for the box, the information on the bottom is generic and can be modified of course, but was simply for context. I'm putting this up as an example that I can design for printable objects, most obviously a box

Windows Logo Maze

Its not supposed to be sideways like that...........and yes, there is a way through it

Originally the "Windows 7" was not as white, I added the white in photoshop to make it stand out a bit more, here is the unmodified picture of the maze
